Flow of acceptance

Carefully selected personnel

Through partnerships with reliable and proven local sending organizations and dispatch agencies, we collect the number of candidates is approximately 2 to4 times the number of those recruited.  From among them we conduct our own tests and interviews to assess the abilities and aptitude of each candidate.
We select and accept the most suitable personnel for various types of jobs and tasks.
1. Personality test
By expressing cooperativeness, positivity, and emotional stability in objective numerical values, it is possible to capture the candidate’s ‘true image’, which is not influenced by appearances or impressions.
2. Technical examination
Candidates’ proficiency levels can be seen by reproducing the actual work content in factory facilities.
3. Interview
Practice and preparation for interviews, with profiling techniques that examine attitudes, reactions, etc., can help to get to know the hidden inner selves and characteristics.

Education after entry

A month training course is held at our union immediately after the trainees’ arrival.  The theme is “awareness”.  In addition to learning the language of daily conversation and business terminology, the trainees also receive training in traffic rules, crime prevention knowledge and emergency response, with the cooperation of the police and fire service.
They also learn basic rules and manners such as “greetings” and “tidiness”. It’s important to continue even common tasks well. The goal is for trainees to be aware of their own immaturity, to be aware of the warmth and goodwill of others, and to be aware of a “grateful heart”, an “enthusiasm to contribute to people and society” and their own life mission through contact with people across borders. The first step towards lifelong learning begins here.
